Nándor graduated in chemical engineering and after having the basic work experiences in Australia he completed an Executive MBA at the CWRU, USA. He has 16 years of experiences at Hungarian and multinational companies as senior manager and out of it more than12 years as MD. Nandor has extensive experiences in lean management, investments for manufacturing capacity increases, company reorganization, crisis management and revamping technologies. He designed and introduced lean manufacturing technics, managed value engineering projects and supervised quality systems’ upgrades. He has lots of experiences in team building and known as an effective motivator.
